The Academy Collective is designed to train young dancers and prepare them for our Launch Mentor Program—and ultimately, a future in the entertainment industry.

Geared toward dancers ages 12–15, the program runs Monday through Thursday and focuses on building the technical, creative, and professional foundations needed for long-term success.

Please note that while we provide comprehensive training and mentorship, a professional career is never guaranteed. Growth requires hard work, consistency, and often 2–4 years of dedicated participation. Ultimately, it is up to each individual to take ownership of their progress and apply what they’ve learned as they pursue their goals.
